What's odd is my wife is from the sticks in Vietnam and has a pollen issue here. I would have thought pollen to be more of an issue in the middle of a jungle.
Once I get a day, I'm going to call around. A special needs child has top priority from the email I received.
Also I ran across a site where a foreign child seems to be relatively easier but, not sure. I'm pretty sure foster care is not something she'll pursue.
It might sound selfish but I am pretty certain she would not be willing to foster care a child. She wants to raise one as hers and I am not familiar with foster care other than a few people I have talked with have done this.
My impression is that foster care is temporary and usually an older child?
My Ex-wife wants to adopt a infant or toddler. She would rather adopt from within America. I looked online and have no idea where to start. Adoptions range from 30-60K if my searches are right. There is no way she can afford that without emptying all her savings.
Is there some way around...
