    The contract we have says if they find termites, they will treat them. Not responsible for damages. Kinda sucks for $200 and change very year.

    Gas man found a leak. Said it was a small one. Nothing's TOO small at $3.30 a gallon.

    Insulated VERY well. 6 inch walls. She doesn't use gas to heat with anyway, electric heat pump.
