    Do yourself a favor, contact an insurance broker. They will shop the market for your needs and get the best price. I use a broker and shop the market every year. Being a loyal long term customer screws you in the long run.

    I qualify for USAA but hey were over $1000 more a year to cover my house and vehicle. The broker got me supoerior coverage for less. My sister learned how high USAA was when she shopped with my broker. Different strokes for different folks.

    Contact an insurance broker. Let them shop the market for you free of charge. They are familiar with all companies prices and services and have no allegiance to them. Did it about 10 years ago and have saved a ton.

    Had it on a timer to run for 15 minutes every hour during the heat of the day. Depending on the temp. some times every 2 hours. Rigged a piece of pvc with full round heads 10 feet on center across the peak.

    Replaced mine with Pellas and 10 years later still love them. Pay a bit more up front and reap the rewards for many years. Believe they paid for themselves in energy savings.
