Y'all are brilliant. I have a larger than life tree in the front yard by power lines. The base of the tree appears to be rotting.
Any tree experts in here? I need to know if it's time to take this sucker down. It's in Sawnee Power right of way easement.
Thanks in advance.
My best and only advice. GET AN ATTORNEY unless you are one. Even if you are one GET AN ATTORNEY.

I lean towards barrel picks, 10 years or older, 80 proof or higher and something that goes well with a cigar. I'm also a sucker for Rum. There are some higher end Rums out there that are delicious neat.
My goal is to get her a job. A) so my daughter has a stable environment, doesn't lose her friends and can finish highschool in the same district. B) So the ex can pay her bills, have a bit of money in her pocket and not lose her home.
