    Simple. Ask the cop that testifies if he witnessed the event. . When a cop signs that ticket he is saying he saw the alleged event. So that’s perjury. Then ask if the vehicle in the pic moving or parked. How fast was is going etc.

    Acoustic tile works good to absorb sound(ceiling). Carpet does better on walls. Then hang more plywood with carpet glued to it to walls. This is the basic layout for a cinemas

    Yes and no. Don’t leave it in my car at night but I have trouble reaching my edc while driving, so I keep a beater in the center console. Edc only gets left in the car where required by law. Post office etc…

    Someone has to testify if op fights it. A picture cannot take the stand and is only evidence with no context.

    Fight it. Ask the cop did he witness the violation? Ask is the car parked or moving. who was driving? Ask the cop did he commit perjury by signing the ticket to something he did not witness….. Not legal advise but if you can show no one who witnessed the violation is present to testify….
