    Thanks guys. It going back to Ruger this coming week. He is also gonna be giving Hornady a call. We will have to wait and see how it all goes down. Thanks for all the advise and input.

    I definitely heard the gun go pow every time he pulled the trigger. Nothing sounded weird. He missed a couple times as he doesn't shoot very often and doesn't always hit the target.

    I found 3 of the spent shells one of which was the last one. It had a weird crimp on the end. He took all the left over pieces with him to send in to Ruger. I told him if they sent him a brand new gun, I wouldn't dare shoot it.
