I got a buddy dealing with previous owner electrical catastrophies in the house he bought.
PO was supposedly an engineer and some of the **** he did it's a wonder the place didn't burn down.

You could get by with an open air type metal carport but probably gonna run into issues with a stick built.
Unless you witnessed or spec'd out your driveway pour assume it's too thin.
I use a sub soiler on my tractor. Works great for trenching.
If you know someone with a small tractor it might be worth offering buying them one in exchange for the use of their machine/time.
