    That may be, but I can't even see that 12" gong at 1,000 without a scope and he does it with iron sights. I even saw him pop a pdog at 600 yards (and that was videotaped!)

    I used to go up to South Dakota once a year for some Prairie Dog hunting and long range shooting. Had a Savage .338 Lapua Magnum and we set up steel targets at 250, 500, 750 and 1,000 yards. No problems until I tried for the 1,000. Just could not read the wind like the other guys could. I...

    Holy Smoke! You made it look easy (but I know it took a lot of skill to do that.) Ya'll would not need a timer for me running the course - rather, a calendar!
