Action Pistol match at River Bend. Very easy 30 round stages, no drawing from the holster. Great match for beginners. It's on the 3rd Saturday every month except January. If you go to rbgc.org website, all events in blue on the calendar are open to the public. If you have any questions, feel...
We would be happy to have you come to the match, however there is no Action Pistol match in January. The weather is usually not very good so we have a Range Officer workshop in the conference room. The first match of 2021 will be in February. Your Glock 44 will be fine with any ammo you need to...
River Bend has a Action Pistol match on the third Saturday of every month that is open to the public. It is a great match for the first time shooter. They have a great crowd that is always willing to help, door prizes and lunch included with your entry fee. I think the matches will start up in...
I finished 12th, my son shot heavy and finished 14th and the wife finished 20th. Really enjoyed the stages, I really like stage 4 in the fifty yard bay. Did not do too well on the long range, too much wind at 300, got the slug shot.
Ok guys, Action Pistol match at River Bend is this Saturday. Set up starts at 7:15, sign up starts at 8:00, safety brief starts at 9:00. Lunch and door prizes are included with your match fee. Hope to see everyone there.

You will need a belt, holster, and mag pouches. Each stage is 30 rounds if you don't miss. The more mags the better, I carry at least 60 rounds in mags just in case. The holster needs to hold the gun in a vertical position, no shoulder holsters, or cross draw holsters. We do not draw from the...
Check out Ghost holsters, I got one with my open gun and it works very well. When it is locked, there is no way to remove the pistol or for it to fall out.
River Bend still runs Bullseye matches. You can go to rbgc.org and look at the calendar to see when the matches are. I think Cherokee still has pistol silhouette matches. River Bend has highpower silhouette matches, they are listed on the calendar.
