    Thank you for your service. But of course man for sure. The problem is training under stress because you know how skills can go down the drain for someone that is an expert shooter but never in a stressful situation.

Sure most of these guys can shoot easily with a handgun at 100 yards, but how many have experience doing it in a SHTF scenario with their adrenaline thru...

    Police maybe, but I get the sense that a civilian shooting anyone from 100 yards out or more may end up going to jail for some reason. Specially since it's a far enough distance to get away from a criminal and call the police.
