anytime the FED gets involved it is an attempt to slap duct tape over the leaking hole; it should last long enough for it to be a problem for the next guy
if you need to buy to live or just found the perfect spot, then price and interest rates are less of a consideration since youre gunning for utility. that said, i find it myopic for people to be discussing purchasing in terms of 1-3 years all the while locking in a 30 year mortgage (commitment)...

you have a mixed unit living situation. one guy is paying 1800 a month and the HUD voucher pays 1100. apartment complex claims "limited availability, so we can charge more"........artificial occupancy rates right here caused by gov and the extra rent charged to the non voucher...

i dont ignore them really to be honest, i notice them and dont open. its an easy litmus test

ya, but for me i actually straight up ignore the featured ads because im so use to seeing them up for so long; i naturally assume the price is too high for me
exposure in business is good but a good product sells itself.
yes, i am so poor that when i list something i give it a reasonable price because i want the money more than the item and it usually moves without the need to pay for featured :)
so, just saying, if its priced right it will sell, but the featured listings pretty much are universally way too damn high.
