    yes, and the real kick in the nuts is that the local assessor's offices are doing back flips of glee, as the taxes are skyrocketing. I have 2 very modest homes, one in Gwinnett and one in Barrow. Taxes on both have doubled in the last 3-4 years, even with appeals, senior exemptions, homestead...
