    no need to get frustrated... if you respond nicely you'll sometimes be surprised that the person does have money and was just trying to scare up a crazy good deal but then after your nice response come back and buys it from ya, I've experienced this here recently, got a crazy low ball offer...

    Yep, last one I advertised I got maybe 3-4 emails on it, one changed their mind after dragging me on a few days, another trying super low ball me... but both were nice about it and no harm no foul and I was able to sell it for an acceptable price agreed to by both parties so all good.
