I'd still hit him with a negative...let the mods decide if it stands.
The last three deals on here I have tried to work have turned to crap. One item was literally sold out from under me while we were working a time/place to meet, another the seller and I never could get our schedules to line...
Sweet...I got mine before the ban!
Add anything with the words "Smith" and "Wesson" to that list as well. Glad I got most of them that I want before everyone lost their minds...

I've had two sellers on here agree to selling me a gun, then not follow through. One sold the gun out from under me to one of his friends who promptly flipped it for $100 more. The other guy, well - suffice it to say we never could agree on a meet time...but I think that was a matter of...
See this all too often. Saw a certain 1911...the asking price was $150 more that what I could buy it NEW on CDNN or Bud's.
And yeah...somebody just had to chime in with "great deal...shouldn't last long". Yeah right...took more than a month to find a sucker dumb enough to overpay...
If I take the time to make an offer...I expect someone listing an item for sale/trade to take the time to say YEA or NAY. A simple "no thanks" is perfectly fine. I've been on here since 2010...and I have always responded to PM's as soon as I get on the site (or from my phone, for that matter)...
This...and vehicle ads. If you are too lazy to take some pics of a vehicle you have for sale/sail/sell/cell/etc., then I am far too lazy to walk out to my car/truck and drive an hour or more to see it in person.
Pics should be a prerequisite for posting any ad, and the posting of the ad should...
Yep...sounds about right. Idiots abound...here and elsewhere.
I always make an offer. You might not like my offer...but that's OK as well. I also like sellers who don't make a counteroffer...or at least respond with a 'no thanks'...
I don't even want to be shot with an airsoft gun...let alone anything that shoots a more solid or powerful projectile. But I guess all things being equal, I'd rather be hit with a 380 than anything that my 460V is capable of firing. Nothing good can come of being hit with a .452 diameter...
I think if the OP had called/PM'd/texted the other party before he passed out...then the story might have ended differently. Stuff happens to us all...and we all have to handle things as they come along. But the key ingredient is good communication...without it deals go bad, feelings get hurt...
I don't let it worry me when I don't receive feedback...and I usually leave it for people I have dealt with as well. I figure if they don't return the feedback...karma is tilted in my favor and that's never a bad thing.
I hope they are banning them...those are some ugly bastards... (sarcasm font off)
In truth...I hope not. Glock's headquarters is probably one of the biggest businesses in my hometown of Smyrna...
Exactly what I was going to say. The honest ones are still here...and more honest people join every day I am sure. I did a somewhat high dollar deal with a new member with no feedback a couple of months ago, and it went perfectly. I also agree that a lot of less-than-honest people are...
It's just a side effect of the site growing...not everyone who signs up is of high integrity. Unfortunate but true.
Some of us are old school and believe that a man's word is his bond. A lot of people just don't care...sickening but also true.
