    Go try to buy something of facebook marketplace, that place is 50% outright scams...If a big company like FB is has that level of scams how do you expect ODT going to check if a dealer is real or not?

    I had ATF call me one time on a gun I got new at a local FFL that ended up in another state in a felon's hands. I sold to a guy I knew well, he had a carry permit, wasn't a felon. He moved and sold it in the state he moved to. So having a record of who I sold it to probably saved me some...

    Quick peek at DL and Carry license is sufficient in my book. By the way...if you exchange phone numbers and text final confirmations, they have your cell phone number, and they could probably make note of the plates on your car, so if a buyer/seller wanted to know your identity it wouldn't be...
