Lol, negotiating doesn’t mean conceding. If he’s posted an item for sale with specific terms (price and you come to me) thats his sales offer. If someone wants to counter those terms they can. Then they are negotiating. I’ll bet if someone offers him an extra $100 for him to deliver, he would...
Too lazy to read all the posts before responding, so this was probably already stated.
Anyway, IMO the location or meetup is just another part of the negotiation. If you don’t like the price or location offer, don’t accept and/or counter them. All terms are negotiable.
Reminds me of a radio ad I heard this week saying "looking to save more money in 2017??? come on down to blah blah blah furniture company"
Spending money on new furniture is NOT saving money. I might spend a little less than I would have at the other place but it's still SPENDING.
There are definitely exceptions to everything, but even then I wouldn't classify this to be in line with the intent of my post. Yes they are a vehicle, but in reality they are pieces of art/history.
MOST of the time, a classic car is worth only what it would take to pay someone (time &...
Did you put a $1k exhaust, lift kit, tires, other bells and whistles and expect those items to increase the value of the vehicle beyond their expense to you? Or did you happen to have found BOTH a great deal on a truck that you bought AND a sucker to buy it from you? lol poor guy, I hope he...
People saying they have $xxx "INVESTED" in _________ vehicle. Ummmm it's a vehicle, and there are literally thousands and thousands just like it... It's not rare, it will never be rare, or more desirable than it is new... It will never ever be worth more than it is new... If you genuinely think...
I had just purchased a Glock 30 when I signed up... When I carried it fully loaded out I had a 9+1 in the gun and two G21 mags with 13 rounds each in it for a total of 36 fat little .45's. My 36 fat friends
If you're a home owner your home owners insurance should cover the stolen contents. It's considered an extension of your house. Had a glock and some stuff stollen once out of my f150.
The problem is a system wide one so a full response would take some time. I'll try to summarize though. I think the recidivism rates have a lot to do with punishments not being
a) harsh enough
b) early release due to insufficient resources
c) drug laws and related incarcerations skew this...
This is quite the double standard you have. You are condemning those who sell guns to someone without verifying the purchaser's lack of criminal history even though it's not against the law to make a personal sale without performing a criminal background check. The law is pretty clear on this...
This is just going to boil down to philosophical differences. While it's a law that they can't own/possess a gun it's a law I don't agree with. If a convicted felon is released from prison, they have essentially paid their debt to society and should have all rights reinstated. This means the...
I know, and it makes it that much more satisfying when I reply with my original asking price and say it's firm. Some people want a good deal, I want a fair deal.
I disagree here. I almost always post a price that I truly believe is fair, then I just don't budge. If they want it they can get it, if they want it cheaper, then they don't get it. If it doesn't sell it doesn't sell. Best thing is to just never be in a position of being desperate to sell.
