    I did a project in Connecticut a few weeks ago. This ocean run striper was caught that morning. This did not taste fishy at all and was delicious.

    Man that looks good! We were in Apalachicola on vacation last month. I couldn't wait to eat fresh Apalachicola oysters, but they have closed all the beds until 2025. The ones we did get were from a different state and were tiny.

    I'm headed to Jacksonville to work for a few weeks. I will definitely be trying this with fresh shrimp. I wonder how your special marinade would be with shrimp stir fried?

    My step dad was half Polish. We had kielbasa and kraut with mac and cheese at least 2 times a month. Still one of my favorite meals.

    If you ever get down to Savannah, there is a little hole in the wall place called Randy's BBQ on Wheaton St. Its a walk up cash only place, but its cheap and really good ribs and chicken only. No drinks no sides except a couple pieces of white loaf bread.

    After reading all of these recommendations and comments about this or that place and how good they are, I realize good BBQ is subjective to your own taste. A lot of these places I have eaten at and didn't care for, while others think its the end all beat all.
