    Used recipe from @Samjo and it was perfect. Used my gas oven at 170 degrees and it took about 4 1/2hrs per rack. Turned out perfect.

    First time ever making beef jerky. I used a recipe I got from a ODT member and it turned out AWESOME!! Made 5lbs of good bottom round and it’s almost gone already. I will making it again next weeks for sure.
