Bought a 15 pound bone out ribeye today on a whim. Don't know what I want to do with it. I'm thinking cutting 6-7 pounds off to smoke and then cutting the rest into steaks. What would you do with it?
I don't know why I waited so long but I've finally bought a jerky cannon and a dehydrator. Got my first ever batch in right now. Bought a nesco variety seasoning pack. Doing cracked pepper and garlic first. Any tips you want to throw my way feel free. I plan on doing a whole deer in jerky this...
