This pic is before it went on the egg. i was advised to sprinkle on a lot of brown sugar on top of the coffee grounds so I did. The coffee grounds give it a perfect crust and the acidic nature of the coffee gives it a great flavor.

I started doing that as well. Don Pablo whole bean from Costco. I believe buying whole beans and grinding them fresh each morning results in a much better tasting cup of coffee than buying ground coffee.
