    I let someone else do the grilling today. Paying for it now with the meat sweats and I'm swolt up like a tick but damn good meat selections !! Fantastic service too. My plate stayed full as long as my green disk was up on table.

    That's good eating right there !! I don't know if it makes a difference but I was taught to angle cut the sausage for more surface area to absorb seasoning.
