    Yes for Airfryer, I use every day. @Cadcom try this for wings. Take them out and dry them off. Lightly dust with baking power, and put them in the oven on 400 for 20 mins on a sheet pan. Tastes as good or better than fried.

    That's the setup I use. Be careful not to let it boil over, that stove will get a rolling boil very fast. And if scalding hot water is splashing over you have to blow out the flame, or risk burning yourself.

    I have a Masterbuilt Pro, got it at Home Depot. Set it and forget it. 160 Degrees for 12 hours, Butts, ribs, Turkey.

    Cook the meat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees and you kill all harmful bacteria. Same with all meats.
