I have 15# of pork loin on the RecTec right now making pulled pork. Should finish up around 4:15pm and then time to cool and break it up. Right now it is in the apple juice steam bath making it more tender and giving it a hint of sweetness. This is one pan getting ready to get wrapped up.
Did 8# of pork tenderloin and some corn for supper. Had my sons, DIL, grandsons, DIL parents, and us. 4 hrs at 230 with just salt and pepper turns out great every time. No pics because I was working to get everything ready at the same time with little ones running around my legs.
I'll be tossing burgers and bacon on in a little while. Got 16 burgers to season up and enjoy with the family. Dad's cooking, so they know it's safe (wife doesn't cook) to come over and eat.
On the RecTec, lemon pepper wings, corn on cob, and coleslaw. Drank my last BlueMoon and now have a Scofflaw Basement Pog in the cozy. Might be pics depending on how many Scofflaws I have.😁
