Just try meatless. Have eggs , toast, grits, skip the bacon/ham. Try veggie subs , eat whatever but skip the meat. I do this a lot. Usually 2 meatless meals a day and one protein meal . Makes it easier to manage .
I invented a drink call the WEER. I mix 1 Craft beer or some bottled beer and about 1 to 1/2 cups of whatever red wine I have left in a bottle. I serve it chilled in a fancy glass chalice.
