    A friend now owns this rifle and was asking me about it. I know near nothing about AKs and told him I would ask around. What can you tell me about this thing?

    It is a Remington, under closer inspection I can see the R and beginning of the E at the scope mount. I see prices all over the place even on the sold 1903s. I know condition is everything and this should clean up nicely. Is roughly $900 about right? Maybe a little more?

    Amen I'd "feel" very uncomfortable...not because someone was concealing a weapon but rather because the government felt the need to permit weapons.
