I know someone who just found out that his pistol that had been stolen from his vehicle was used in a burglary / homicide. How many of you use a vehicle lock box? Any recommendations, thoughts, suggestions?
Seriously?!?!?! Now it's the serious posts about not being serious that has hijacked the OP's thread. Personally, I like this forum because it generally has good information peppered with a little humor, just like a good conversation. BTW, if you drink and carry you might just grow a third ball...
Thanks guys. I feel much better now....wait a minute! I'm not supposed to have feelings... lol. This thread started to sound like a David Letterman top 10 list. So far the winner, imo, is so rappers can wear it on their chains.:clap2:
Ha ha. I think you are confused by statements made by Mr. Pot Stirrer who stirred the pot with additional words and inferred statements that were not said or implied. He would make a good journalist. :gossip:
No. I have no Rambo complex. But if I was eating a biscuit with my daughter and thugs started popping off shots in the store and I felt our lives were in immediate danger, then I would be glad to have a weapon of my own. My main point was this happened in a "civilized" area (it is still Macon)...

I had this in a smart carry and was put in a situation where no other carry method would have kept it concealed.
I have no disdain for them. I've only been to one gun show, 15 years ago. I bought my first gun there which gives me some sentimental attachment to them. I just find some humor in irony. I, too, would like to take my son, but he has a baseball game. I would like to find a Keltec sub 2000 in...
Isn't it ironic, no... outright hypocritical, that the gun show claims to be a 2nd amendment supporter then instructs you to check your personal carry firearm at the door!!???
I went to the range yesterday for more practice with my newly aquired (thanks to ODT) FNP-40. A friend offered some old HP .40 S&W. Had FTF on each round. Hoping it was the old ammo, I loaded up with new flat point FMJ rounds. They worked much better but still had one FTF. The tip of the failed...
I just started using a Crossbreed Supertuck with a FNP-40. I love the setup, but it's rubbing the finish. Is there a solution? What's the best way to care/repair the finish at some point?
