    I got it fixed. when I had the bolt out I ran a bore snake thru the barrel a few times. In doing so I bent a little metal guide/follower that rides in a groove on the bolt. Once I removed the stock I saw what was obstructing it and took it apart and bent it back a little and now it works good...
