    I guess I was under the false assumption that all the gun manufacturers test fired their respective weapons after assembly before shipping and sale. It seems like many are slipping through the process without being caught.

    I'm an advocate of the AR platform. Good for most types of shooting that I participate in and in a SHTF situation, I prefer to be able to eliminate the enemy beyond his effective range. JMO
