I have a .32 that shoots .311 up to .314. Some tolerance is there for cast lead bullets. The brass however is .32 H&R Magnum.

There ain't no good answer for you. If it was an 80 percent lower you don't want to. If it was a factory rifle the answer is no. Just forget it & move on while you're a non incarcerated person.
