If so any problems sighting it in at say 25-50yrds? B.) if you didn't use that mount what mount and red dot combo are you guys...

  8. What caliber should I go with next for the AR platform?

    6.5 Grendel for sure. It's a beast of a round, still get 25 plus rounds to a mag, you stay in the AR 15 platform, and it's fairly inexpensive to shoot. I have your same AR building addiction.... 5.56 X 3, 6.5 Grendel, 458 Socom (awesome hog round), 9mm, and coming soon 300 AAC.

    I agree with Wareagle, go for it man!!! I have 6 of their upper in everything from 5.56 to 6.5 Grendel, they have never let me down. I have not noticed any issues with mine but as said before their CS is good.

    Smith M37 almost always in the summer. It's light, comfortable, and concealable. Plenty adequate.

    The 590A1 is a military grade shotgun designed for the abuse that goes with such ie being thrown in and out of humvees ect.... Which is one reason why it has a heavy bbl.

    Agree with RamRoddoc because these guns have character. But I will never part with my Colt 1903 Pocket Hammer(going to my boy).
  13. Moss Pawn in Jonesboro?

    Have dealt with them for many years.Have known and worked with Ray for years and he is an awesome smith. If you are into reloading they are one of the only places around with a decent selection of reloading items. Do agree about the prices, however they will usually work with you.
