    DuraMags make a 28rd that work. Had one failure to feed in nearly two thousand rds.

    Then I would only shoot 38s&w. The problem is 38 S&W is slightly larger around.I believe .003 but check me on that. But the slight space can lead to bulged or split case.

    I had one. Shot two rds of 38 spl. Both cases split so I only fired 38 s&w after that. Not all the cylinders were replaced. Mine had been bored to except 38 sp.

    I have a girsan and ria. Both work but the girsan has a better finish and worked better out of the box. The RIA looks worse with half the use. Both needed Wilson combat mags to feed more reliably.
