    Enjoyed the trip to Rock Creek and catch a few, it was great to meet @hikingthehills @Anniegetyourguns @Vincent Vega and @biker_bill. Hope to get together with ODT'rs again soon.

    It is Blue Ridge WMA. Should not have a problem carrying so long as you have a valid license to do so. Otherwise they can charge you with several things if the gun is loaded.

    Be sure to visit the swinging bridge over the Toccoa while you're up there, especially if you have kids. They'll love it...

    Verizon was very spotty at best the few last years...you can get voice OK near Coopers Creek Store but I've had to go out to Wildcat Campground to get data. They're adding coverage all the time so it could be better.

    Live bait work pretty well at the lake near the damn. Gets kinda crowded up there though.

    We've had success using cricket, worms, cheese and corn on Rock Creek...but by far the best and funnest is Powerbait Pink Trout Worms. They'll hit and hit hard.
