Not sure how old your kids are but I put my son in The Dojo when he was 7. Josh Horwege is still affiliated with The Dojo and he’s as fine a man as you’d ever want to meet.
That was 20 years ago. He currently trains with American Top Team in MMA.
He’s never been in a street fight and never...
I usually feel like it’s none of my business unless it’s wardrobe malfunction or something he’s completely unaware of like a tucked shirt tail or something.
Fun story…
I contacted @palmettomoon awhile back about coming down and shooting with him for a little while. He obviously knows his stuff and I like his posting style so I figured it’d be a great opportunity to meet a new friend and become a better shooter.
I’ve been sweating bullets this...
I’m offering my time and services to any gunsmith, armorer or shooting instructor (tactical, self defense or long distance) that wants to solve the age old mystery of “Is it good or bad to train people for free”.
You’re welcome.
I have a very similar story except mine ends with my wife getting a chainsaw for Christmas and I still got a gun.
One year, she got a really nice trolling motor. She’s a strange one… doesn’t even have a boat.
Can I come practice felling trees at one of your houses? Now, that’s something I’ve always wanted to do but nobody with trees in their yard is willing to let me practice on them. It’s total BS how selfish some of you have become.🫠😇
I have some relationships with people who allow me access to their property. All of those relationships started with either:
-Being a paying customer if it was a gun range or something
-Being a long time friend, relative or contractor for said individual prior to asking if I can run around...
I agree 100%.
I won’t tear down your house for free either. I think I know where all this started. Nobody was mad until it was revealed that he was a 90 year old Super Soldier. Before that info came out, he was a freeloader looking for a free place to shoot.
That was kind of a funny thread...
