    I just moved to Gainesville and love it. Although Gainesville to the keys is like 7 hours. A couple of amazing shooting facilities on the panhandle, close to Gainesville, and in central florida. Pretty blessed so far.

  15. So, how do the majority of gun owners afford to shoot often? I’m not referring to those who reload.

    I try to get in 2-3000 rounds a year between .22, 6.5CM, .223, and .308 9mm I try to get about 2000 rounds in a year. I just buy in bulk at academy or bass pro. The worst was 143ELDX. My rifle really loves that and I bought 500 of the same lot number for $1000 in summer of 2022. I am almost...

    There’s run and guns, mammoth and vortex sniper challenges, and some “real world” sniper games on the west coast / central US. The sniper games have land nav, rucking, scenarios, shooting, and other crazy stuff. It’s like 3 days long.

    @Fatal_Bert and I vividly remember in our advanced training being taught shoot to wound. The Ivan’s had legs on them so we could shoot them in the knees. We went through a lot together in Afghanistan. There’s a lot of 1 legged terrorists running around thanks to our efforts.
