    That was a truck that wrecked. The SC derailment was 3 freight cars that didn't even turn over. All this made me curious and look up how often derailments happen and its CRAZY. Over 1000 derailments per year.

    Im about the same. 16 is a good general rule of thumb and i believe is capable is moving up and down depending on the individual person and their mental state. I know at 14 i was more than capable to consent. But i have always been more mature than my age.

    Im only 3.5 years out of the dating pool (and only 31). But what you speak is quite literally the norm and has been for at least the last 10 years. It has honestly been going on much longer than that but is now more out in the open and not so much of a risque topic as it once was.
