From his point of view he is probably viewing you as being to picky as he is going to be no doubt devoting a good bit of time and effort to this transaction also if you are a couple hours apart. He doesn't want to see his time wasted on being stood up...

    To add to that idea, it might be helpful to start a thread where everyone in the quarter of Georgia that is South of I-16 and East of I-75 can post. At least we would know what we are dealing with, the few that may be.
