    computer scam pop-up...what to do..????

    Download CCleaner, it is free. Run it, it will clear all your browser caches where that stuff hides. Then click on the Registry button, it will run and find issues with the registry, click on fix all, don't backup the changes when it prompts. Should be good to go.
