    thanks everyone for the input. To finish off this saga I showed at trader Joe's early. He wasn't there at 9 so I left. I asked a nice grocer to tell me the time that I have on video if I need to refute some negative feedback. This has been an interesting day.

    Okay I think I already know the answer to my question, but just to be sure I thought I would put this one out there... whats your policy on taking returns? I'm taking a return on an item that the buyer broke 30 minutes after buying it. For future reference I suppose I would like to know whether...
