I believe so. I have often seen foreign students shoot at quick shot close to Emory. I may be wrong, but I don't think he even needs you to be with him.

Face it, when you've made one bad decision after another throughout your entire life - your last one netting you some real national coverage and time in the pen - why stop there? Why not drive the car with the evidence straight to the police station?
There is a minimum distance from a public road but I don't think it's very much...50 ft or yards? Obviously you'll want to think about where your bullets are travelling to if you're not shooting downhill or into a berm.
Depends on whether or not you ever plan on having full auto rifles for rent. I've seen some inexperienced shooters do crazy things with full auto weapons at quickshot.
In a defensive gun use situation, the only things you should say to police, 911, etc. "My life was in danger. I will release a statement after I talk to my lawyer."
