    This is a guess only. I have heard if you were involved with a gun related incident where the police took your gun it was hard to get it back if it was not registered to you. I would say since he can say he didn't have time to register it since he decided to shoot a wall the same day he bought...

    I would have major issues if I was put in that situation. It could have gone bad in a lot of ways. The cop needs to be careful who he pulls a gun on out of uniform and with no ID out. A little excessive to me for someone speeding.
