    I hate to hear that. My cousin went the same route. My pawpaw left me his deer rifle and my cousin his shotgun. The shotgun was a Browning sweet 16 if I remember correctly. He sold it at a gun buyback from what I understand. I would've paid him far more than they would've.

    Everyone should own them. Those too stupid/confused to lead a normal life usually end up being a self correcting problem.... My views are that no weapons should be illegal. The only limiting factor should be your own wallet.

    I completely agree. Once again, we have career politicians scared of ruining their reelection chances. The spineless politicians are still a huge issue. I'll meet in the middle and say they may not be 100% of the issue, but I think 99.999999999% is a fair assessment.

    While I agree that easy access and no troublesome paperwork equals bad for prices, it still has everything to do with politicians. Those with the inventory still have to line someone's pockets.

    No politician is going to do anything meaningful to return power to the people. I'm past the point of believing in elections or having any hope for us getting out of this mess peacefully. I firmly believe that it is going to have to get exponentially worse before it ever gets better.
