    Thanks everyone for your help. I found a lawyer and am going through the steps. It’s sad that something that should be so easy, is such a pain in the ass to just be fair on your behalf.

    North county, South county, East county, and West county? This place would blow up with people bitching that you aren't quite in the county that you posted in. When I moved and my license didn't match my ccw county, I had to do background checks. That isn't Walmart either. That is over 3 LGS...

    Address yes, but it has to be the same county to forgo the background check. I have been through this a number of times moving recently.

    You are good to go carry wise, but it will no longer work to bypass a background check at a gun store. Must be the same county for that.

They were saying that in a tense moment, where the perp is high or wearing armor, you would have more effectiveness with that method...
