I don't really notice the reset, mainly because I am not trying to empty 12 rounds in 3 seconds like the YouTube guys. lol. So I have never experienced any issues. I can pop off a round per second, and have never had that “Failure to Fire” experience that I saw Hickok45 and The Honest Outlaw...
I like the CSX because I’m one of those old school. 1911 guys that has reached the age to where I want more capacity in a smaller all metal hammer fire pistol without carrying the weight and bulk of a 1911. If you prefer the polymer striker fire pistol, there is nothing wrong with that either. I...
I carry the CSX as my EDC. I personally love it, but it’s biggest downfall per You Tube videos is the longer reset during rapid fire shooting. I have not really had that issue. Hickok 45 and The Honest Outlaw both had issues adjusting to the trigger.
You can beat the Optic Ready with Night Sights at $449? The other was pretty good for a standard M&P plus, not optic ready nor night sights for $399. However, where I live and gas prices being so high, getting up north is a bust.
I think I paid another $5.95 for 2 day shipping to my FFL. At the price of $449 for an optic ready Shield plus with NS’s, that shipping did not bother me much. I think I paid $475 for my first standard Shield plus with 3 dot white sights
I ordered this and received at this price plus FFL fee of $25.
