    Seems Amazon's LOTR Prequel Is A Flop

    Just finished episode 1 and 2. 1 was slowwwwwwww. Lots of setup and dialoge. 2 was better, but still a bit slow moving. Lots of diversity, but it just was.... not pointed out or in your face, though I don't recall seeing a single Asian character... Lot of people seem to really dislike...

    Firefly. Foyle's War is very good. Fictional WW2 police detective, set around real historical events. Poldark is pretty good. Wife really liked it and I found it interesting. British solder returns from fighting in the American Revolution to find his fiancée married to his cousin...

    Jericho, series from 2006. Nice mix of vintage and modern weapons used by the survivors. Several M1's and M1 Carbines.
