One other thing to check with a mechanical pump. There is a possibility to leak gas from the inside of the pump into the crankcase. The diaphragm can leak internally into the engine.

Look at the brake caliper and check the clearance you have. You can also search on tire rack

One other item to watch for is any rubber fuel lines you haven't changed yet.
Also the fuel pump may disintegrate with the ethanol laced gas.
Will gum up everything if there are old rubber still in the system

As calebp stated, The plugs foul due to the rings getting sealed with burning oil.
The ECO system that disables 3 cylinders on the back of the engine is the culprit.

By using a test light you will attach the ground wire on the test light to a good ground spot.

Check your connections inside the bulb socket with a test light that uses a different ground connection.
If you have power there then you have a bad ground connection. Chevy's are known for this problem.
