pricing was 1500. but they were slow and looking for work. gave me 1200 for same level. added all the plastic around the trip areas. included wheels and rims, front and rear windscreen
Not that durable. They say regular coat on a car has a hardness scale of 4 or 5. This is a 9. Scratch resistant, but not scratch proof by any means. Just easier to buff out and easier to clean. Keeps the shine longer without wax.
This is not going to see any brush. It's a 3.5 second 0-60 car...
I like that aspect. Some pretty good feedback about the benefits from other sources. Can really tell a difference in it now vs off the factory floor. Supposed to last 5 years. will see how it holds up over time, but should help with wheels/rims getting mucked up.
Decided to go with it. I"m pretty happy with the result, at least initially. Time will tell how it stands up in 5 years, but the increase in "shine" is noticeable.
anyone have experience with getting the ceramic coating on a car? My car is a week old and I thought if I am going to get it done, it would be better to do early while the factory paint is still pretty pristine.
