For a gasoline ICE, absolutely the Ford 5.0 with 5k mile oil changes.
The V-6s, turbo or non are not a better option.
We have 14 of them.
For diesels, inline I-6s are the industry standard for a reason. That’s what where you want a turbo.

The other 461R is a Mastermind from Jamestown, TN.
The 660R is Zoo City Saws our of Ashboro, NC.
It’s cost prohibitive to get CFB to do yours due to the shipping.

I don’t know your budget but a 12 valve P pumped 2nd gen Dodge could be bought for reasonable, a few mods made to it, & what you are looking for basically done for a lot less money than modern trucks.
