Drove my brother's 4-speed '69 SS396 Camaro as much as I could back in high school ('72-'73). Black top and interior convertible in the same color and stripes as this one. Built 396 pushing 500+ hp. Go thru 4 gears hard and drop 1/4 tank of gas. Drove it for a week and put over $90 worth of gas... -

Clutch Issue
You can rebuild them. Just make sure you hone the bore well with a brake cylinder hone. -
Got a new to me Truck.....then a problem
I've had a 1997 Ram, a 2001, a 2007, and now a 2011. No problem with door seals or wind noise. Good, solid, great driving and riding trucks, with bad gas mileage (until the 2011). -

I think you're claim-limited in SCC, but somethings better than nothing. Hope you've got all your receipts, etc. I had a problem with hard downshifts on my 2007 Ram after a drive to California and back, but it went back to normal after a couple of weeks. -

Crotch rockets are back
Lane splitting is legal in California? That would explain a lot. Had it happen a BUNCH of times on the L.A. expressways last week. Two of them had to be doing well over 100. Heck, I was doing 80. I just thought they were being stupid. Even had a guy on an Ultra do it. Seems odd that the state... -
