I have a 2006 E350 6.0L with 265,000 miles. I add Dieselklean about once every 6 months when I'm headed off on a long tow with a 5,000+ lb load. I change the oil every 10k, an fuel filters every 20k.

190,000 miles, 95% towing long distances, and the only repairs have been, FICM (x2), rebuilt the injectors, alternator, and vacuum pump (x2).
I plan on keeping it.
