Thanks. I do have "basic" plans but everything moves and final placement to be determined. Already changed my mind on air compressor placement and parking for vehicles also not finalized. This is why I like everything on casters. -

Thanks Shortcut! First time I've had space time and a few bucks to set it up just like I want it. Everything will be on casters so it can be moved. I'll have water and tons of electrical power (over 40 outlets). All LED lighting inside and out. I'm building a mezzanine above the workbench area... -

Yeah. I knew I would be getting 4WD and a loader, then started checking out Cab tractors. In this HP range seems even the generic brands were close to the JD price. Not saying JD is any better but they do hold their resale value better. There aren't a lot of low limbs like my old place had so... -

Lol, for my Alabama property. The 2WD tractor with my heavy Bush Hog was sketchy going up some of the hills I have. It was fine for my previous property which was flat. Plus I really need a loader now. Property goes to that far woodline -

Traded my 5075E 2WD for this 5075E 4WD with cab, front end loader and AC. Includes radio. 2017 with 130 hours, saved a ton over a new one and got what I thought was fair trade in price for my old one. Gets delivered Saturday with bucket and pallet forks. Cannot wait -

Price check on 1969 Ford 4000 diesel tractor
Very simple to operate, fires with compression only. Worn out will not start when cold. No power steering would be a pain -

Atlas two post lift install
Yeah I need a 4wd tractor with a loader, just not quite ready to trade yet. Bought a Polaris XP900 Ranger for the property and ended up spending about 7500 on concrete so play funds are low.
